LOCATION
Hands Manchester is located within Lloyd’s House on Lloyd Street, which runs between Albert Square and Deansgate. The building has two entrances (labelled 18 and 22). You can access via either entrance but for ease I recommend entering via 18. If arriving after 5pm you will need to ring the number on the door and security will let you in.
Take the stairs (or lift) to the fourth floor, then take a right. Continue along the corridor until you reach my door (labelled Hands Manchester) on the left-hand side. If you enter via entrance 22, once on the fourth floor, take a left—you will find my door on the right-hand side.
Toilets are located on the fourth floor. To access these take a left at the top of the stairs and follow the corridor along. You will find them on the right-hand side.
Lloyd’s House is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square tram stop (4 min), Salford Central station (12 min), Victoria station (16 min), and Deansgate station (13 min).
If arriving via Uber, I recommend setting the location as Manchester Registry Office.
There is on-street parking outside Lloyd’s House (£7 for 2 hours). The nearest car park is NCP Great Northern (6 min).
PRE-APPOINTMENT
Stop using active ingredients 3-5 days before your treatment to reduce the possibility of any irritation. Some examples of active ingredients include: retinol/vitamin A, exfoliating acids (AHA / BHA), vitamin C, and prescription topicals.
Please fill out your consultation form prior to arriving for your appointment (preferably 24-48 hours before so your information is up to date and I have time to plan your treatment). This will be sent via email from Fresha upon booking. This applies to all, including existing, clients.
Please try to arrive at your appointment makeup-free.
If you do not wish to undress to your bra (recommended), please wear a low/wide-necked top, vest top, or sports bra.
Toilets are located on the fourth floor of the building. If you need to use these, please do so before coming to your appointment.
As there is no waiting area or reception area, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. Once my previous client has been checked out, the door will be left open. If you are early and the door is closed, please wait outside.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for your facial appointment.
Accutane Users
I cannot provide treatment until 6 months has passed from the last date of an Accutane cycle. This is for your own safety, skin is very fragile after Accutane use.
Cold Sores
I cannot treat clients with an active or open cold sore; please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours beforehand. Reschedules and cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to cancellation policy (see below).
Pregnancy
My facials are adapted to your individual needs on the day of treatment so I am able to create a pregnancy-safe experience for all levels of facial (with the exception of Level 4 Microneedling).Injectables
I recommend waiting at least two weeks following injectable treatments before having a facial. This can vary based on the injectable used, so please check with your aesthetic practitioner.Other Treatments
If you have other beauty appointments scheduled on your day of treatment, I recommend having massages prior to your facial, and brow, lash, and hair treatments following your facial.WAITLIST
There is limited availability on Fresha, which only shows my calendar up to 8 weeks in advance.
I am typically booked up 3 months in advance, and even further for weekends/evening slots. To book in, please DM me on Instagram or send me an email.
As I recommend maintenance facials every 6-8 weeks, existing clients are encouraged to book 2-3 appointments ahead to avoid disappointment. This is particularly essential if you are only able to make evening and weekend appointments, which are highly in demand.
I am currently only taking on new clients through referrals from existing clients. However, last-minute cancellations and reschedules will open availability on Fresha and can be booked by both new and existing clients—please join the Fresha waitlist to be immediately notified of these openings. I also post about last minute availability on my Instagram broadcast channel (@thatgracegirl).
To book, or if you do not have a referral but wish to join my waitlist, please email me or send a DM via Instagram with your booking preferences (e.g. evenings, weekends or any time), the facial level you wish to book, and your full name.

BOOKING POLICY
Please make sure you are aware of the booking policy:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Clients who have not paid their deposit within 48 hours of their appointment may have their appointment cancelled without further notice.
Clients who reschedule more than 48 hours before their appointment will not be charged. The deposit will be carried over to the new booking.
Clients who reschedule within 48 hours before their appointment will be charged the full treatment fee if their slot cannot be filled.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment or who cancel within a 48 hour window will be charged the remainder of the full treatment fee.
Repeat cancellations and reschedules will result in removal from my client list and a block on future bookings.
If you are running late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
Clients who arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment start time may receive an adapted treatment but will be charged the full treatment fee.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, without prior warning, will have their appointment cancelled and be charged the full treatment fee.
